Clătite de dovlecel

Din reţetele cu dovlecel experimentate week-end-ul acesta, singura „pozată” a fost cea de mai jos.

 

Clătite de dovlecel

Ingrediente:

– doi dovlecei (300 g);

– două linguri de zahăr;

– un praf de sare;

– un plic de zahăr vanilat Bourbon;

– două ouă;

– făină cât cuprinde, până când aluatul ajunge la consistenţa smântânii;

– două linguri de gem de zmeură;

– o linguriţă de ulei într-o tigaie nederentă, pentru prima clătită.

 

Dovleceii se rad pe răzătoatea cu ochiuri mari. Se pun pe rând toate ingredientele de mai sus, cu excepţia gemului de zmeură. Se amestecă aluatul până la omogenizare. La final, se adaugă gemul şi se mai amestecă puţin, astfel încât să rămână bucăţele de gem prin aluat.

O tigaie neaderentă în care aţi pus o linguriţă de ulei se aşază la foc mediu. Când uleiul e bine încins, se toarnă prima clătită. Ar trebui să aibă dimensiunile, forma şi consistenţa clătitelor americane.

Se rumenesc bine pe ambele părţi. Se servesc ca atare sau cu gem de zmeură.
