Brioșe cu ciocolată, fără gluten

Nu sunt neapărat arătoase, însă gustul și textura le face vedete. Pe de altă parte, sunt victime sigure, făcȃnd obiectul celor mai întȃlnite cazuri de dispariție la noi în casă 😋…

Ingrediente:

  • 4 ouă;
  • 4 linguri de ulei;
  • 4 linguri de zahăr;
  • 3 linguri de făină fără gluten;
  • 80 g ciocolată cu minim 50% cacao, preferabil neagră;
  • un praf de sare;
  • un plic de zahăr Bourbon.

Pașii sunt cei clasici:

  • Gălbenușurile se amestecă bine cu uleiul și un praf de sare;
  • Albușurile se bat cu zahărul și zahǎrul Bourbon;
  • Gălbenușurile se rǎstoarnă peste albușurile bătute și se amestecă lejer;
  • Se adaugǎ făina și se înglobează ușor;
  • Se presară ciocolata tocată și se amestecă la fel de ușor;

Aluatul care trebuie sǎ aibă consistența de bezea, se așază cu lingura în căușele tăvii de brioșe tapetate cu hărtiuțele de rigoare. Mie mi-au ieșit 16 bucăți, 12 așezate în tava clasică de brioșe și 4 în forme individuale de silicon.

Se coc 14 minute la 1800C cu ventilație.
