Cheesecake cu ciocolată albă și jeleu de portocale

Blat:

  • 220 g biscuiți digestivi;
  • 50 g ciocolatǎ neagră;
  • 50 g unt.

Ciocolata și untul topite pe baie de abur se rǎstoarnă peste biscuiții mărunțiti. Compoziția se așază în tava de tort, care a fost tapetatǎ pe fund cu hȃrtie de copt. Blatul se preseazǎ bine.

Cheesecake:

  • 400 g cremǎ de brȃnză;
  • 100 g ciocolată albă, topită pe baie de aburi;
  • 4 linguri de zahǎr;
  • douǎ ouă;
  • 200 ml smȃntȃnă de gǎtit;
  • un plic de zahăr Bourbon.

Toate cele de mai sus se amestecă bine și se rǎstoarnǎ peste blat. Cheesecake-ul se coace la 1800C (cuptor cu ventilație) timp de 35-40 minute, pȃnă cȃnd compoziția rămȃne ușor tremurată la mijloc. Prǎjitura se scoate din cuptor și se lasă la rǎcit.

Jeleu de portocale:

  • sucul strecurat de la 3-4 portocale/mandarine (se poate combina și cu suc de lămȃie, după cum vă place);
  • două linguri de zahăr;
  • un plic de gelatină

Sucul de citrice se fierbe puțin, împreunǎ cu zahărul, apoi se lasă să ajungă la temperature camerei. Cȃnd sucul s-a răcit, se adaugǎ gelatina, dupǎ care întreaga compoziție se dă la foc. Sucul se încǎlzește bine, însǎ nu se lasă să fiarbă. Jeleul astfel obținut se lasă puțin la răcit, dupǎ care se răstoarnă peste cheesecake.
