Praz cu măsline

          Uşor reinventat pentru mine, întâi pentru că e făcut la cuptor şi în al doila rând pntru că sosul de roşii nu e necesar, ci doar opţional.

Prazul se curăţă, se taie în segmete de 5 cm şi se opăreşte în apă cu sare pentru două minute. Se scoate, se scurge bine şi se amestecă uşor într-un vas cu ulei de măsline, măsline, sare, piper, capere, cimbru verde, usturoi, zeamă de lămâie plus o roşie uscată, tăiată cubuleţe.

Totul merge la cuptor, 15 minute la 200 grade Celsius.

Ingrediente şi cantităţi:

– 200 g praz;

– 30 ml ulei de măsline;

– 15 măsline;

– 15 capere;

– două-trei fire de cimbru;

– 3 căţei de usturoi;

– o lingură zeamă de lămâie;

– o roşie uscată tocată;

– sare şi piper, după gust;

– două linguri sos de roşii (opţional).
