Budincă de dovlecel cu crutoane de pâine

Ce avem noi aici? Ultima poveste cu dovlecei pe săptămâna asta.

 

Budincă de dovlecel cu crutoane de pâine

– 3 dovlecei mici, curăţaţi de coajă şi daţi prin răzătoare (300 g.);

– 4 ouă;

– 150 g. brânză sărată;

– 20 g. şuncă fin tocată 2mm x 2mm (opţional);

– un ardei kapia mărunt tocat;

– o linguriţă de piper;

– 150 g crutoane de pâine, perpelite într-o tigaie neaderentă, cu o lingură de ulei de măsline şi ceva din piperul de mai sus.

 

Toate ingredientele se amestecă, preferabil mai întâi oul cu brănza, piperul, şunca, ardeiul, dovleceii raşi, iar la final crutoanele, care vor absorbi foarte bine apa dovleceilor.

Amestecul se coace la cuptor 45 de minute la 1800C.
