Dovlecei cu smântână dulce şi brânză sărată

„Cucurbita pepo” mi-a fost muză săptămâna asta, aşa că vă propun încă un experiment cu dovlecelul în rol principal.

 

Dovlecei cu smântână dulce şi brânză sărată

Ingrediente:

– doi dovlecei mai mari (500 g);

– 200 ml. smântână dulce;

– 200 g. brânză sărată;

– două ouă;

– o linguriţă de piper măcinat;

– două linguri de mărar tocat;

– două linguri de parmezan ras.

 

Dovleceii se curăţă şi se taie rondele de circa 3 mm grosime.

Smântâna dulce se pune într-un vas, la foc mic. Nu trebuie să ajungă la punctul de fierbere, doar să se încingă bine.

Vasul se ia de pe foc şi se adaugă brânza rasă, piperul şi mărarul. Se amestecă bine şi se lasă la răcit, până când devine suportabilă la mână căldura vasului în care au fost amestecate toate cele de mai sus.

Se adaugă ouăle şi se amestecă până la omogenizare.

Într-o tavă sau un vas termorezistent de mărime medie (eu am măsurat tava mea: 30 x 24 cm.) se aşază un strat de rondele de dovlecel, peste care se răstoarnă jumătate din sosul de brânză, celalalt strat de rondele şi restul de sos.

Se dă la cuptor, la 1800C timp de 35 de minute, după care se presară parmezanul pe deasupra şi se mai lasă până când stratul de deasupra se rumeneşte (10 minute).
